Have you ever felt disconnected, anxious, unable to have someone in your space or cope with face-to-face contact?

Social support calls offer phone or video call sessions with someone you can trust.

This can be particularly helpful for clients who suffer from anxiety or feel overwhelmed by their busy life schedules.

We offer free 15 minute meet and great calls. So you can see if it works for you.

Social support calls might be right for you if you are seeking:

Confidentiality and privacy

Clients can have a safe and confidential space to share their thoughts, feelings, and concerns without the fear of judgment or their information being shared with others.

Social time, your way

Social support phone calls provide convenience for individuals who may have time constraints or physical limitations. Clients can receive support from the comfort of their own homes, eliminating the need for travel or in-person meetings.

Judgement-free confidence building

Social support phone calls create a non-judgmental environment where clients can freely express themselves without the fear of criticism. This allows individuals to explore their thoughts and emotions openly.

Improvements to your wellbeing

Social support phone calls can contribute to overall well-being by reducing feelings of isolation, increasing self-awareness, and enhancing emotional resilience. Clients may experience improved mental health and an increased ability to cope with life's difficulties.

Meet Rachel

Hi my name's Rachel,

I love big cats and horses. In my spare time I play music with friends and go for walks.

I first got into support work through running music programs for youth with disabilities.

It was highly rewarding being able to bring a diverse range of people together and facilitate community spaces where everyone could thrive and work on their individual goals.

It wasn’t until later on that I started doing social support calls as a way of keeping clients connected socially when they were unable to leave the house or meet face to face.

I understand how challenging it can be when health, anxiety, trauma, or other mental health conditions make it difficult to leave home, or when you simply prefer not to have additional people in your personal space. That’s why I offer social support calls – a way for you to connect, feel heard, and validated right from the comfort and safety of your own home or on a lovely walk.

These calls are not just conversations; they’re pathways to creating meaningful community connections. They are entirely confidential, respecting your need for privacy above all. Whether you want to share something about your day, indulge in light-hearted chats, or establish a deeper connection, I’m here to listen and engage.

Our regular phone conversations can be a source of comfort and joy, building a rapport that enriches both our lives. Let’s connect and make your day a little brighter!

I really enjoy my chats with Rachel. She is so easy going and always puts me at ease. I get bad social anxiety but don't have any issues with that on our calls.
